We welcome enquiries from individuals seeking support, from professionals wishing to make a referral, and from anyone who wants to learn more about our work or get involved.
You can reach us by email or simply by walking into one of our drop-in sessions — no prior contact needed. We aim to respond to all written enquiries within two working days, and we will always be honest with you if a question is outside our expertise.
If you are in immediate crisis, please contact NHS 24 (dial 111), your GP out-of-hours service, or the Samaritans on 116 123. We are not an emergency service, but we will always do our best to connect you to the right support as quickly as possible.
We are not precious about where support happens. Reach out in the way that feels most manageable — and we will take it from there.
If getting in touch by email or phone feels like too much right now, that is completely understandable. The simplest thing is to come to one of our drop-in sessions. There is always a peer support worker there, and you can stay for as long or as short a time as you need.
You don't need to explain yourself before you arrive. You don't need to be in a particular state or have already started a recovery journey. You just need to find the door — and we will take it from there, at whatever pace feels right.
Drop-in runs every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and on Saturday mornings at our community hub near Falkirk town centre. Tea and coffee are always on. The noticeboard has up-to-date information about local services. And there will always be someone who is glad you came.
